Cassona Global Imaging has been named Best Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Supplier of the Year at the 5th Ghana Medical and Diagnostic Excellence Awards 2026.

The award followed an extensive industry review, which assessed equipment quality, reliability, technical support, contributions to healthcare development, and customer satisfaction. 

According to the results of the feedback poll cited by Financial Nigeria, on which the award was based, Cassona achieved a 48% approval rating across the industry, among diagnostic centres, radiology institutions, hospitals, biomedical engineers, and healthcare administrators across Ghana.

The company outperformed global Original Equipment Manufacturers, including Philips Medical Systems Ghana (21%), GE Healthcare Partners (15%), Siemens Healthineers Partners (10%), and others (6%).

"This prestigious recognition acknowledges your remarkable contribution to Ghana's healthcare delivery system through the supply, installation, and support of modern diagnostic imaging technologies and medical equipment solutions," the Awards Secretariat said in a statement to Cassona CEO, John Chigbu.
